Voor senioren met poeier!

 

Vrijstaat A organiseert een namiddag sportvertier voor elke senior uit Sint-Truiden en omstreken. Laat je echter zeker niet afschrikken door het woord “sport”: de bedoeling is vooral om gezond te worden en te blijven. We starten met een halfuurtje rustige oefeningen op muziek, waarna we overgaan naar een halfuurtje stretchoefeningen. Ideaal voor mensen op leeftijd om gezond en fit te blijven. Geniet achteraf in onze bar van een welverdiende koffie.

 

Deelname is gratis, je hoeft je niet in te schrijven. Pak zeker een yogamatje en comfortabele kledij mee.
